Luxembourg City, Luxembourg

Luxembourg is indeed a small country. Yet with a successful steel, finance and high tech industry and a strategic location at the heart of Western Europe, it is one of the richest countries in the world.
Bordered by Belgium, France and Germany, over one third of overall population is made up of foreigners.
Most speak 3~4 languages(Luxembourgish, French, German, English).
